Amy Huffman

Being at the arena has always been a part of Amy's life. She started skating when she was 4 years old and has been coaching since 2006. Amy grew up in Chatham but went to high school in Petrolia, so she enjoys being able to return to Petrolia to teach.
Amy works full time as an Early Childhood Educator in Sarnia and teaches figure skating a few days a week.
In Amy's spare time she enjoys travelling, skiing, biking and spending time outdoors.

                                Program Assistants

In addition to the professional coaches in the group sessions, we have a number of program assistants who attend instruction courses. They help out on our group sessions and wear blue vests to identify them. The Program Assistants are older, accomplished skaters at the Club who volunteer their time to assist the younger skaters. They share their love and knowledge of skating while performing various duties. The Petrolia & District Skating Club appreciates the hard work of all our Program Assistants and considers them a great asset to our group sessions.   We couldn't do it without them!
